HAVERHILL – Joanne D. (Donnelly) Luke, 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

Joanne was born in Lawrence on April 19, 1951, daughter of Joseph and Catherine Donnelly. Educated in St. Patrick School, Lawrence and graduated college with an associates degree as a Pharmacy Technician. Her career included working for Bolten Emerson, Honeywell and more recent at Whittier Pharmacies.

She enjoyed reading, spending time at the beach, mountains, floating in her pool and shopping. What brought her the most joy was being with her family and friends, especially her adored grandchildren.

Joanne was the loving wife of the late Robert S. Luke who passed in 2017. Her surviving family members include her children Shawn R. Luke and wife Colleen of Haverhill, Brittany J. Kothman and husband Sean of Pelham, NH, Heather C. Luke of Derry, NH; brothers in-law husband Peter Ouellette and Kenneth J. Luke; cherished grandchildren Aidan R. Luke, Samantha R. Luke, Heather R. Richard, Nathanial J. Luke, Addilynn R. Kothman, Mackenzie J. Kothman and great-granddaughter Emersynn F. Bard; deceased family members include her son Sgt. Timothy J. Luke, USMC and sister Kathleen A. Ouellette.
