HAVERHILL: Jeremy A. "Jay" Baston, 46, passed away peacefully on October4, 2020 at Baker-Katz Nursing Home.

Born in Haverhill on September 5, 1974, he was the son of the late Lucy D. Zamora.

Jay was educated in Haverhill and attended Whittier Regional Vocation Technical High School which prepared him to work as a metal fabrication welder in for many years.

Jay is survived by his daughter, Chelsie Baston of Lawrence; son, Jacob Baston of Fitchburg; three grandchildren; sisters, Rhonda Baston of Haverhill, Kristal Baston of NH, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation from 4:00 – 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main St., Haverhill, MA 01830.
