HAVERHILL: Jean M. (Rossiter) Howell, 93, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2020 at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center. She was the wife of the late Thomas B. Howell.
Born in Carbonear, Newfoundland, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Vaters) Rossiter.
Jean lived in Leesburg, FL for thirty-three year and Lynnfield, MA before moving to Haverhill.
Jean is survived by her step-daughter, Dawna L. Osgood and her husband Russell of Haverhill.
