Obituary

BROOKLYN, NY - James Anthony Tropeano, III, 39, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Haverhill, passed away on December 9, 2015, from injuries involving a subway accident.

Jimmie was born on March 18, 1976 and was raised in Haverhill. He graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational High School. After graduating, Jimmie moved to Ohio where his artistic and creativity juices started to run wild with the influential help of his good friend Jim Petty, and Jimmies sister, Stefanie Stylez. He returned back to Massachusetts to care for his elderly grandfather and spending the last few years devoted to his gramps care and well-being. During that time, he met Meagan Christine Welch, his soulmate and the love of his life.

Jimmie then moved to the Brooklyn section of New York City and worked as an artist, entertainer, co-host of a popular radio show, stage manager, and bartender at Pinks Bar and the Beauty Bar in Manhattan. Andy Noble of NYC was influential in Jimmie's life path with his knowledge and guidance within the entertainment industry. Jimmie was very proud of being a published writer with some of his work written under the pen name Edaurdo Jones. Jimmie had many caring and loving friends from all walks of life. He always had a way of drawing people into his world and touched many lives during the process. He will be forever missed and held in the hearts of all who love him.

His surviving family members include his loving mother Debra L.T. Jones and his step-father Scott Jones of Bradford; brother Christopher D. Tropeano of Burlington, VT; soulmate Meagan Christine Welch of Haverhill; nephews Jacob and Caleb Tropeano of VT; uncle William Anderson, Jr. of VT; cousin Amie Anderson of VT; grandparents James A. Tropeano and Mary Ann Tropeano of West Newbury; aunts and uncles Susan and Craig Coleman of FL, Mark and Barbara Tropeano of CA, Louisa Tropeano-Tanner of West Newbury, Nancy and Bruce Emberley of FL and Mary Tropeano-Stabile of Bradford; many cousins; close Haverhill friends, Justin Borden, Brian Najuch and Derek Fraza.

Jimmie's funeral will be Saturday morning, December 19, 2015, beginning in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, (Rte. 125), Bradford at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Hearts Parish, Bradford at 11:00 AM. Interment will be privately held.

Celebration of Jimmie's Life will be held Friday in the funeral home from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
