ANDOVER - Francine Christiane (Dutil) Boucher, 73, longtime resident of Andover and formerly of Tewksbury, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2019.

She was born on December 22, 1945 in Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada, one of ten children of Léandre and Fluerette (Peloquin) Dutil. She was raised in Sherbrook where she met her loving husband for the last 52 years Paul Boucher. When he returned from the Army, they married, spent their first year in Huntsville, AL at which time they moved up to Chelsea, MA to begin raising their family and then settling in Tewksbury until moving to Andover later in life.

Francine was the consummate housewife, from raising the kids, keeping the home in order, including cooking, cleaning, knitting, sewing, crafts and much more. She never said no to coffee and chocolate when offered. She also enjoyed live music and the arts and was very supportive to her family and friends. Most of all she was a woman of great faith and parishioner of St. Augustine Parish in Andover. She will be deeply missed.

Her surviving family members in addition to her husband Paul, include her loving children François Boucher and wife Ana, Julie Coppenrath and husband Peter and the late Daniel Boucher and widowed wife Cristin Sutherland; grandchildren Bianca Boucher, Helen Coppenrath and Hana Coppenrath; siblings Dominique and husband Joe, Diane and husband Henri, Michele, Ginette, Sylvie, Lucie and husband Raymond, Johanne and husband Caroll, Jean and wife Monique and the late Nathalie; many nieces, nephews and their children including her goddaughter Annie Vincent and her sister Marie-France Vincent.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 7 in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Francine's memory to the St. Augustine Parish Stewardship Program, 43 Essex Street, Andover, MA 01810.
