HAVERHILL: Frances M. (Krebo) Kretowicz, 99, died June 3, 2010 at The Oxford. Mrs. Kretowicz was the wife of the late Jan R. Kretowicz.

Born in Chesterfield, NH on May 31, 1911, Mrs. Kretowicz was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Yarmuck) Krebo.

Upon graduating from high school Mrs. Kretowicz continued her education at Mousley Hospital in Walpole, NH, where she earned a certificate as a surgical nurse. Following her marriage she worked most of her life in Haverhill's shoe industry.

Mrs. Kretowicz is survived by her brother Andrew Krebo of Scottsdale, AZ, and her niece, Joan M. Wydo of Keene, NH.

Friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass Monday, June 7th, at 10: 00 a.m., at St. James Church. Interment at Hinsdale, NH will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to Brookhaven Hospice, 6 Beech Street, Framingham, MA 01702.
