Fiore Paul Grattarola, 85, passed away October 6, 2016. Born in Detroit, MI, the son of Maria (Celsi) and Elio Grattarola.

A 1954 grad of MSU, in Economics. He served as an Intelligence Officer, USAF, in the famed Strategic Air Command, both stateside and overseas. He enjoyed a successful career in business, an entrepreneur, and with several Oil and Gas companies, retiring in Houston, TX, and Ipswich, MA. A superb storyteller, public speaker, chef, incredible party giver, an avid fisherman, world traveler, and die-hard sports fan, Fiore loved life and is joining the love of his life, Janet (Gatti). They are survived by loving children, son Kevin, daughters Maria, Gina and Julia, and ten wonderful grandchildren.

The memorial service will be at Friday, November 4, beginning 11:00 AM at White Chapel Cemetery, 621 W. Long Lake Road, Troy, MI 48098. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Army Emergency Relief www.aerhq.org
