HAVERHILL - In our most loving memory of Eleni Cholidou, who peacefully went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, April 10, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born February 5, 1961 in Katerini, Greece.

Eleni is preceded in death by her father Stavros Ofidis and brother Kiriakos Ofidis. She's lovingly survived by her husband Ioannis; son Stavros and daughter in-law Carolina; grandchildren Jeanfranco, Ioannis, Eleni-Sofia, Giorgos; her mother Savvato; sister Despina Stefanidis and her children Anastasios, Stavros and Parthena; brother Christos and wife Giorgia Ofidou and their children Stavros, Ioannis, Xarambos, Kiriakos, Toula and Elisabeth; and extended family.

She was a tender and caring daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother "yiayia" and mother in law, her lively spirit will be forever cherished by all those who knew her. Eleni was always the life of the party, often found gracing the dancefloor and sharing her Greek heritage at every family gathering. A great woman who made many lifelong friends wherever she went, she will be sadly missed by so many, who will continue to honor and treasure her memory.

Eleni will be honored on Wednesday, April 14, with visitation in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Funeral Service will follow in Holy Apostles  Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 154 Winter Street, Haverhill. Interment will be held in Lakeview Cemetery, Kent Farm Road, Hampstead, NH.
