NORTH ANDOVER – Donald Choi, 47, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

Don was born in Seoul, South Korea on April 23, 1974, son of Young C. and Suk K. Choi. Educated in UMass Amherst and graduated college with a bachelor's degree in biology. His dynamic career in entrepreneurship included working in Finance, real estate, and most recently a startup called Breakout Social.

He touched so many lives as a husband, father, son, brother, and friend.  He will always be remembered for his genuine love for people, his contagious positivity, and his willingness to lift those around him. A compassionate soul always willing to help anyone in need. Don was the type of person who made an impression on everyone he met. Constantly laughing or smiling, he had a charismatic personality that drew people close to him. His loss will be a huge void, but his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Don was the loving husband of Han Quach and father to Christiana and Samantha Choi. His surviving family members include his sister Yuri Park, brother in-law Jim Park, Nieces Nicole, Danielle, and Michelle Park, Father in-law Si Quach, Mother in-law Kim Tran, brother in-law Jonathan Quach, Nephew Matthew and Max Cho, Cousins James and Paul Cho, Linda King, Elisha Choi, his best friend Peter Ahn, and many more extended family and friends spanning the globe.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16 in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will begin at 6:30 PM. Please join the service using the link below:
