ASHLAND - Deborah S. Slicklen, 64, of Ashland, formerly of Needham, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Waterview Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ashland following a long illness.

Born in Johnson City, NY, she was the daughter of the late John Slicklen and the late Jean (Presowitz) Gordon.

Surviving Deborah are her brothers, Thomas Slicklen and wife, Carol of Westborough and David Slicklen and wife Cherstine,of Needham; five nieces and nephews Kelly, Anders, Johanna, Tyler, and Emma. Deborah was predeceased by her sister Sandra Slicklen.

Memorial Service will be held at Chapel of the Cross, 160 Flanders Road, Westborough on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 1:30 PM.
