DANVERS - David R. Calder, Jr., 44, of Danvers, passed away after a brief illness on May 8, 2016 at Beverly Hospital.

David was raised in Salem, MA and graduated from Salem High School in 1992. He loved music and had an extensive collection of music. He also loved to sing and spend time with friends and family.

David is predeceased by his father, David R. Calder Sr. His surviving family members include his loving mother, Marieann Calder; sister Sharon Angstrom and husband Tim of Bradford and their children, Zack and Spencer; brother Marc Calder of Salem; sister Rosemarie Calder and her husband Alex Parsons of Ipswich; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. David will be remembered for his generous spirit and his ability to make people laugh.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, May 11 in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial Celebrated on Saturday, May 14 in Sacred Hearts Church, 165 So. Main Street, Haverhill at 11:00 AM.
