HAVERHILL - Clara A. (Scione) Hoyt, 88, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2020.

She is the widow of the late Dexter E. Hoyt, and is also predeceased by her son Dexter E. Hoyt, Jr.

Clara's surviving family members include her children Gregory Hoyt of Hollywood, FL, Wayne Hoyt and wife Diane of Salem, NH, and Sharon Delamarter of Haverhill, MA; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was born on January 26, 1932 to Antonetta and Sebastian Scione in North Andover. She also attended North Andover Schools. Clara was a longtime parishioner of St. Patrick's Church in Lawrence. She loved cooking and baking for family and friends and listening to Elvis. Clara will be greatly missed by all who love her, especially for her huge heart and smiling face.
