NEWTON JUNCTION, NH: Arnold B. "Ben" Glover, also known by some as "Pops", 92, died Friday, May 1st, at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH. Mr. Glover was the husband of the late Daisy Glover and the late Evelyn (Clifford) Glover.

Mr. Glover was employed by Keezer Manufacturing of Plaistow for 21 years before his retirement in 1957, and went on to work in the shoe industry as a stitching room machinist prior to his second retirement in 1984. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Newton, NH where he served as Chairman of the Deacons for over twelve years, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Glover was a member of the Silver Tops in Newton, and had progressed through the chairs of the former Knights of Pythias of Plaistow.

For several years he lived in Farmington, NH with his best friend and caregiver Bob Moquin, and his adopted family Patsy, A.J. and Abbie Cameron. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Glover of St. Cloud, FL; sister, Lillian Converse of Peterborough, NH, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Gardner Glover, Clayton Glover and Evelyn Baker.

Friends are invited to the funeral Wednesday, May 6th, 2:00 p.m., at Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home, 148 Main Street, Haverhill. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery in Kingston, NH. Calling hours will precede the service from 1:00
