HAVERHILL: Arlene L. Foley, 88, passed away on April 17, 2023 at Hannah Duston Healthcare Center in the presence of her loving family. She was the wife of the late Thomas F. Foley.

Born in Malden, MA on February 5, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Nellie (Silverstein) Brienzi.

Arlene is survived by her daughter Sandra L. Foley and her husband James of Derry, NH.
