HAVERHILL - Ann M. (Quintiliani) Darcangelo, 91, of Haverhill passed away peacefully on March 14, 2017.

Ann was born in Lynn on January 17, 1926. She was the daughter of Joseph Quintiliani and Maria (Fabrizio) Quintiliani. She was raised and educated in Lynn and graduated from Lynn English High in 1943. In her earlier years, she worked at General Electric. She left her job in order to dedicate herself to being a wife and mother to her two children. It was at this job that she truly excelled. Becoming the best mother that anyone could ever wish for! When her beloved daughter Lori passed away in 1993 her family and friends feared she may not survive it. But she did, proving just what a strong woman she really was.

She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years Ralph Darcangelo and their son Barry Darcangelo both of Haverhill; nephew Joseph Quintiliani; cousin Lilliane Nicolosi who she considered to be a sister; mother of the late Lori Darcangelo; sister of the late Anthony and Henry Quintiliani.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 17, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Bradford from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, North Broadway, Haverhill. Relatives and friends invited. Contributions may be made in memory of Ann's late daughter Lori to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
