One of six children of Mulshankar P. Trivedi and Shardaben Trivedi.

Husband of the late Dharmista Trivedi who passed away in 1996.

Survived by children Regina Shukla and husband Manan and their children Kanjani and Harshil; Vivek Trivedi and wife Parul (Pavani) Trivedi and their child Ruju; Parul Shukla and husband Bimal and their children Panjri, Dhara, Druti and Rupal Trivedi and husband Harish Hande and their children Adhishri and Ameya.
